This Privacy Policy explains how Pixra Yazılım ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (“Pixra”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the website pixrastudio.com (the “Site”).

Who we are

Pixra Yazılım ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi is an app studio based in İstanbul, Türkiye. You can reach us with the form on our About page, and we will reply to the address you give.

Information we collect

The Site is a marketing website. We do not require you to create an account and we do not sell personal data. Two things you can send us are stored:

The contact form. When you send a message we store the name, email address and message you type, and use them solely to reply to you.

The Lecturely waitlist. When you join we store your email address, and use it only to tell you when Lecturely opens.

Both are held in a database hosted for us by Supabase, who process the data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. Neither form asks for anything beyond what is described here, and neither sets a tracking cookie.

Cookies and analytics

The Site does not set advertising cookies. If we enable privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand traffic, we will do so without tracking you across other sites.

Data retention

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data you have sent us, using the form on our About page. Where applicable law (including Turkey’s KVKK and the EU GDPR) grants additional rights, we honour them.

Products

Our apps (such as Lecturely) may have their own in-app privacy policies presented at the point of download or first use. This policy covers the pixrastudio.com website only.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
